Hand crafted in NY with new pine. Each piece is custom made from new wood. Wood grain variations and/or knots are to be expected and will vary from the picture shown. Due to the character of wood, sometimes knots or imperfections are present. Because every piece of wood is unique, final stain color may vary. We feel that slight imperfections help add to the character of our handmade items. The natural variations in wood products include, but are not limited , color variations, hairline cracks, small dents or scratches, knots, and/or mineral streaks.

1. Return Request Window
You must submit a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after 3 days cannot be accepted.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted only for the following situations:
✔ Damaged or defective item
If the product arrives damaged, faulty, or broken.
✔ Incorrect item received
If you receive the wrong product, size, or color.
✔ Item not as described
If the item is materially different from the product description.
✔ Missing items
If your order arrives incomplete.
Note: Proof (clear photos or videos) is required for all claims.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to dropshipping fulfillment and hygiene regulations, the following cannot be returned:
- Items without original packaging
- Used products
- Final sale / clearance items
- Personal care, beauty, and intimate items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items returned without prior authorization
4. Refunds
Once your return request is approved by our supplier:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Late return requests (beyond 3 days)
- Buyer’s remorse (changed mind)
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Packages lost due to customer refusal to accept delivery
5. Cancellations
Because orders are processed immediately through our suppliers, cancellations are only possible within the first 1 hour after placing an order.
After this time, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.
- We do not offer prepaid return labels unless approved for eligible issues.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will coordinate with our suppliers and shipping partners to investigate and provide a solution.
