The G3 Auto-CPAP device includes essential features designed for both patients and healthcare providers. With a built-in cellular modem, it allows easy tracking of patient compliance and therapy data.

Patient-focused features include integrated heated tubing, a pre-heat humidifier, and Auto Ramp to enhance comfort during therapy. It also offers a bedside clock and resupply reminders for added convenience. All of these features are packed into a compact design with an easy-to-read full-color display and a simple, intuitive interface.

1. Return Request Window

You must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only for the following situations:

Damaged or defective item

If the product arrives damaged, faulty, or broken.

Incorrect item received

If you receive the wrong product, size, or color.

Item not as described

If the item is materially different from the product description.

Missing items

If your order arrives incomplete.

Note: Proof (clear photos or videos) is required for all claims.

3. Non-Returnable Items

following cannot be returned:

  • Items without original packaging
  • Used products
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Personal care, beauty, and intimate items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items returned without prior authorization

4. Refunds

Once your return request is approved by our supplier:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Late return requests (beyond 7 days)
  • Buyer’s remorse (changed mind)
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Packages lost due to customer refusal to accept delivery

5. Cancellations

Because orders are processed immediately through our suppliers, cancellations are only possible within the first 1 hour after placing an order.
After this time, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.
  • We do not offer prepaid return labels unless approved for eligible issues.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will coordinate with our suppliers and shipping partners to investigate and provide a solution.
